• Speaker: Dr. Abhay Dhand, MD Attending Physician and Director of Transplant Infectious Diseases at Westchester Medical Center NY, and an Associate Professor in Clinical Medicine at New York Medical College.
• Presentation (Non-CE): Consideration for CMV disease prevention in kidney transplant patients (Non‑CE)
• Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

CE Activity
• Speaker: Porscha Johnson Williams, PharmD, CPGx, PJW Clinical Pharmacy Consulting, LLC, Executive Owner/Principal Consultant
• Presentation (CE): From Prescription to Precision: The Expanding Role of Pharmacists in Genomics-Driven Healthcare
• Time: 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM

CPE credit will be awarded for members who meet the following criteria:
• Attend a minimum of 45 minutes via in-person or live webinar
• Complete and submit the CE assessment and presentation survey
